The duo behind the fantastic catering company Knoxville Catering & Special Events, Shawn and Marla Hines, seem to share the pirate love and are the newest clients aboard Pirate Girl’s ship. Native Knoxvillians (as long as you count Farragut and Powell as Knoxville – which I, of course, do), they are a classic marketing example of deciding what you want to be and then being that better than anyone else.
